The RevenueWell Tablet Experience just got a major upgrade! You can now enjoy an in-browser solution that lets you seamlessly continue your workflow right from RevenueWell—no app needed!
- The RevenueWell Tablet Experience now provides an in-browser solution, enabling you to continue your workflow directly from RevenueWell without the need for an app.
To access the Tablet Experience, simply open your device's browser and follow the steps below:
- In the tablet browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome), login to RevenueWell.
- Open the Forms application.
- Navigate to the Assignments page.
- Use the search box to quickly find the patient and select them.
- Ensure the correct forms have been assigned to the patient or click "Add Form" to assign forms to the patient.
- Click "Save Changes."
- Select the "Send/Fill Forms" dropdown.
- Click "Fill on this Device".
- The office will be prompted to enter Tablet Experience PIN.
- Click "Continue to Forms" to begin the patient experience.
- Hand the tablet to the patient for form completion.
- Patients can select "Start Form" to fill out each form on the list and submit.
- Once all forms have been completed, the patient can select "End Session."
- Patients will see a screen confirming they have completed their forms. From here, the office can now scan or search for a new patient.
- Enter the PIN to unlock the office view.
- Here you are able to see patients with appointments that day and search.
- A separate tab called "Not-Submitted" is available to see just patients who need to fill out forms.
- While in the tablet experience here, you can also search by patient name via the search bar.
- Additionally, you can assign new forms/packets without going back to the RevenueWell Assignments page by selecting the patient from the left or from search and selecting "Add Form."
- You can then select the forms you would like to assign and click "Save Changes."
Troubleshooting Tips: For DSO clients, ensure the correct location has been selected. Also, please ensure patients have a phone number or email address and date of birth on file for form completion.

To send a Forms link to patients, follow the steps below:
- Either on a desktop or from a tablet browser (such as Safari or Google Chrome), log in to RevenueWell.
- Open the Forms application.
- Navigate to the Assignments page.
- Use the search box to quickly find the patient and select them.
- Ensure the correct forms have been assigned to the patient or click "Add Form" to assign forms to the patient.
- Select the "Send/Fill Forms" dropdown.
- To send via email, click "Send Email Link."
- Confirm you would like to send an invitation to the email on file by clicking "Send."

- To send via text, click "Send Text Link."
- Confirm you would like to send an invitation to the mobile number on file by clicking "Send."

- Patients will then be directed to log in to the Patient Portal.
- Once logged in, patients will see any forms assignments, with the option to "Start Form."
- Upon completing all forms, their screen will display "Completed" next to each form along with a banner at the top of the page confirming they have completed all their assigned forms.
- Once a patient has clicked "End Session" they will see a thank you message and confirmation that all forms have been successfully submitted.
- Patients can also return to the Patient Portal login page if needed.

- Allow patients to conveniently fill out their forms on an office tablet or their phone by scanning a unique QR code assigned to their forms!
To use a Forms QR code, follow these steps:

- Open the Forms application.
- Navigate to the Assignments page.
- Use the search box to quickly find the patient and select them.
- Ensure the correct forms have been assigned to the patient or click "Add Form" to assign forms to the patient.
- Select the "Send/Fill Forms" dropdown.
- Click "Scan QR Code".
- Scan the generated QR code on a tablet or patient cell phone.
- Once the QR code has been scanned and opened, patients will see their form assignments.
- Patients can "Start Form" to fill out any new form assignments.
- Once all forms are complete, click "End Session."
- The patient will then see a screen confirming their forms have been submitted.
- If on an office device, from here, the office has the option to return to the login page.
