Ready to send patients the links they need in just a few seconds? Rather than copying links from Settings, use Quick Links within Messenger to send patients your unique links for Online Scheduling, the Patient Portal, Forms, or Packets.
How to Use Quick Links
- Open Messenger.
- Select Inbox.
- Open a conversation.
- Within the conversation window, users will see the quick links shortcut button (lightning bolt). When the user clicks on the shortcut button, they will see the following options:
- Insert Payment Link
- Insert Forms Link
- Insert Patient Login Link
- Insert Online Scheduling Link

Select the link to insert into the text.
