Need to direct individual patients to a certain link? Rather than having to copy and paste from your settings, you can now use Quick Links within Messenger to send a patient one of your RW links!
To use Quick Links:
1. Open Messenger
2. Open Inbox
3. Open a conversation
4. Within the conversation window, users will see a shortcut button (lightning bolt). When the user clicks on the shortcut button they will see following options:
- Insert Payment Link
- Insert Forms Link
- Insert Patient Login Link
- Insert Online Scheduling Link
5. Select link to insert into text
