RevenueWell Phone enables offices to set ringtones to distinguish between internal and external calls. Internal calls include dialing an office extension or transferring a call to another line.
In order to set up ringtones, you need to be able to access the Callflows section of the PBX. If you do not have access to this app, please call the Support line at 847-597-1745.
3 Steps to Set Up Distinctive Ringtones:
Step 1: Navigate to the Callflows app and click on the Device section.
Step 2: Select the device you want to configure and click on Advanced.
Step 3: Navigate to the Options tab and enter the information below.
For Polycom devices, enter "internal" for Internal Ringtones and "external" for External Ringtones.
For Yealink devices, enter the following:
- Internal Ringtones “http://localhost;info=Internal”
- External Ringtones “http://localhost;info=External”
Save your changes, then restart the device so it applies the configuration changes.
