Accessing Attachments
truForm onboarding may send you attachments from our communication support platform. You will need a login to access these attachments.
Please see step by step instructions below:
- Click the attachment link in the email from the truForm onboarding department
- If you already have an account registered, log in (using the same email the onboarding team instructed you to use within the accessing attachments instructions they included in your email)
- If you are not registered:
- Click New to RevenueWell? Sign up (directly below the blue Sign in button)
- Enter your full name and email address (using the same email the onboarding team instructed you to use within the accessing attachments instructions they included in your email)
- Click Sign Up
- Check your email for the authentication link
- Click the link in your email to complete the process of setting your password
- Click New to RevenueWell? Sign up (directly below the blue Sign in button)
- Once you are logged in, click your name in the upper right corner of the page and select Requests
- From this page, you can access all of your requests with our team.
- Click on the email subject line that has your attachment
- Look for attachments, this will be listed directly below the RevenueWell members email signature line OR to the column on the right below:
Moving forward (once your login is created), you can access these requests directly through the following link, using the credentials you just set up:
