Hold:

Placing a Call On Hold: During a call, press the “Hold” soft key

Retrieving Call On Hold: Press the “Resume” soft key

Tip: If multiple calls are on hold on a single line, use the arrow keys to switch between the calls then tap the Resume softkey to retrieve the desired call

Transferring Calls:

• During a call, press the “Transfer” soft key
• Dial the desired phone number or extension number
• Press the “Transfer” soft key again
• The call is automatically transferred

Park Call:

During a call, press line key PARK 1 and your call is parked on line 1

Retrieve Parked Call:

Pick up phone receiver, press PARK 1 and call will be transferred to your device                  

Intercom: Press *0 plus desired extension

Voicemail: Press *97, Enter Mailbox #, Enter Passcode
