MetLife Credential Management Guidelines This guide provides instructions on registering a MetLife provider portal account using the credentials issued by RW IV. Completing the registration allows RW IV's RPA to log in and verify eligibility on your behalf.
Time required: 5 minutes.
Before starting, have the following ready:
- The provider's first and last name (the dentist on file).
- The practice's TIN (Tax Identification Number, 9 digits).
- The practice's zip code.
- The username, password, and email provided by RW IV.
- Access to the inbox in the RW IV app for setup messages.
Step 1 of 7: Open the MetLife provider portal.
Visit https://dentalprovider.metlife.com/ and click Request Access. This typically opens the registration in a new tab.
Step 2 of 7: Complete the MetDental Registration Request form. Ensure all fields, including first name, last name, TIN, ZIP code, and email (must be exact), are filled out accurately.
Step 3 of 7: Click into the "Search Location" dropdown. MetLife pre-loads candidate addresses based on your TIN and zip — type any character to open the list, then pick the address that matches your practice.
Step 4 of 7: Complete the "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA and click "Next" to proceed.
Step 5 of 7: Enter the email verification code. MetLife will send a 6-digit code to RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification. The code looks like "Access code is: 179834 and is valid for 15 minutes." Type it into the verification code field.
Step 6 of 7: Enter the username and password provided by RevenueWell Insurance Verification.
Ensure the password meets MetLife's requirements, including length and character variety. MetLife's rules for the password:
- 8 to 40 characters
- At least two of: a letter, a number, a special character
- Cannot equal metlife , password , or your username
- The password RW IV generated for you already meets all three rules.
- After you fill all three fields, click "Register."
Step 7 of 7: Confirmation. Once registration is successful, a confirmation message will appear. RW IV's RPA can now log in to MetLife on your behalf.
What's Next?
Within 24 hours, RW IV's system runs an automatic health check that logs in to MetLife with your new credentials. After that succeeds, you'll see your MetLife credentials' status in the RevenueWell Insurance Verification app change from "Pending Setup" to "Active." -
This guide details the registration process for a Guardian Anytime provider account using the credentials provided by RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification. Completing these steps allows RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification's automation to verify patient eligibility on your behalf.
Time required: About 5 minutes.
Before you start, ensure you have the following ready:
- Your practice's Tax ID (TIN) — 9 digits.
- Your practice's legal name and address as registered with Guardian.
- The User ID, password, and email provided by RW IV.
- The mobile number provided by RW IV.
Step 1 of 8: Open Guardian and choose Register. Visit https://www.guardiananytime.com and click the Register link from the sign-in page.
Step 2 of 8: Choose Guardian Anytime. This option is for benefits and provider access.
Step 3 of 8: On the "Who are you?" screen, choose Healthcare provider, then click Start registration.
Step 4 of 8: Review Guardian's terms and conditions, then click "I accept" to continue to the registration form.
Step 5 of 8: Enter your practice details. Fill in your practice's identifying information. It must match what Guardian has on file. If Guardian can't find a match, it means this practice isn't on Guardian's contracted-provider roster yet. Call Guardian Provider Services at 1-888-482-7342 to request a roster correction or a mailed activation code, then restart this guide once that's resolved.
Step 6 of 8: Enter your contact information. Use the email RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification provided. If you use a different email, RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification's automation won't be able to log in to Guardian on your behalf.
Step 7 of 8: Set your User ID and password. Use the User ID and password provided by RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification. The system may pre-fill the User ID with your email; ensure to replace it with the User ID provided by RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification.
Step 8 of 8: Confirm registration succeeded. You'll see a "Thank you for registering!" screen, then Guardian will return you to the sign-in screen.
What Next?
Within 24 hours, RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification's system runs an automatic health check that logs in to Guardian with your new credentials. After that succeeds, you'll see your Guardian credential's status in the RevenueWell AI Insurance Verification app change from "Pending Setup" to "Active."

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough on how to register for a Cigna for Health Care Professionals account using the credentials provided to you. By completing the registration process, you enable RW IV's automation to verify patient eligibility on your behalf without requiring further input.
Time required: About 5 minutes.
Before you start, ensure you have the following ready:
- Your practice's Tax ID (TIN) — 9 digits.
- The provider's name and practice address.
- The User ID, password, and email provided by RW IV.
- Access to the inbox in the RW IV app for verification codes.
- The mobile number provided by RW IV for two-step verification.
Step 1 of 7: Open the Cigna provider portal and choose Register. Go to https://cignaforhcp.cigna.com/app/login and click the Register link under "Haven't created an account yet?"
Step 2 of 7: Select your practice type. On the first registration screen, choose "Dental provider (Individual practitioner)" and then click Next.
Step 3 of 7: Enter your Tax ID (TIN). Type your practice's 9-digit Tax ID (TIN) into the field and click Save. The TIN must be saved before you can proceed to the next step. If your practice bills under more than one TIN, you can add each using "Add New TIN," up to 50.
Step 4 of 7: Identify the website access manager (WAM). If this is the first registration for your TIN, select "I am the website access manager for this TIN" to continue immediately. Choosing other options may delay activation as they route the request to Cigna for manual setup. This screen only appears the first time a TIN is registered. If you go straight to the account form, skip to the next step.
Step 5 of 7: Create your account. Fill out the account form with the User ID, password, and email provided by RevenueWell Insurance Verification. Ensure all details match exactly what RevenueWell Insurance Verification issued to avoid any login issues.
Tip: After you enter your email and move to the next field, the User ID field unlocks. Cigna confirms "Correct Format / User ID Available" in green once your User ID is accepted, and the password rules turn green as your password satisfies each one.
Step 6 of 7: Click "Next" to review and submit. Verify all entered details on the Review screen. If everything is correct, submit your registration. You may need to complete a two-step verification process by entering a code sent to the RevenueWell Insurance Verification inbox or phone number. After you submit, Cigna shows a "What's next?" confirmation. Your request has been sent — but there's one more step on your end, below.
Step 7 of 7: The new account needs approval before it works. Cigna sends the registration request to your practice's website access manager (WAM) — typically your practice manager or whoever first set up your Cigna portal access — for approval. The new account cannot log in until the WAM approves it. If you're not the WAM yourself, let them know a registration request is waiting so they can approve it in their Cigna account. What's Next?
Once the account is approved and active, RW IV's automatic health check logs in to Cigna with your new credentials. After that succeeds, you'll see your Cigna credentials' status in the RevenueWell Insurance Verification app change from "Pending Setup" to "Active."
