Multi-Location Messenger Capabilities

Multi-Location Support allows users to view incoming messages from all locations they have access to in one real-time message stream. Instead of switching between locations to monitor conversations, users can manage messages across their organization from a single view. For practices that use multiple texting numbers within a location, all associated phone numbers can also be accessed directly within Messenger. 

This enhancement improves visibility and efficiency while maintaining the familiar Messenger experience you use today. 

Filter by Location and Phone Number

Customize your message view by selecting:

  • One, multiple, or all locations you have access to
  • One, multiple, or all phone numbers associated with a location

Messenger displays conversations based on your selections, making it easy to focus on a specific office or monitor activity across multiple locations.

View Location Information in Conversations

Each conversation includes location information, helping you quickly identify which office a patient is associated with.

This added context makes it easier to manage conversations and respond confidently when working across multiple locations.

Unified Conversation History

Conversation history is organized between the patient and the location inbox.

If a patient communicates through multiple phone numbers associated with the same location, all messages will appear in a single conversation thread, providing a complete view of communication history for that location.

Note: If a patient contacts a different location, a separate conversation thread will be created for that location
