Answer Incoming Call:

Press Talk/Green Answer Button or Accept Button

Hold:

During a call, press the Options soft key then select Hold

To Answer a Second Call:

• Place active call on hold
• Toggle to New Call
• Press Accept/Answer 

Transferring a Call:

• During a call, press “TRAN” 
• Dial the desired phone number or extension number.
• Press “TRAN” 

Park Call:

This features allows a call to be picked up at a different device

• Press *3
• Press the number of the line where you would like to park the call

Retrieve Parked Call:

• Press *5
• Press the number corresponding to the line where the call is currently parked
