Phone, SMS & Messenger Settings

Configurations that affect both Phone and Messenger, and appear in the Inbox, can be found within Settings.

1. Open Settings
2. Expand Managed Communications
3. Open Phone & SMS Settings 
   
   • Here you can:
     • Download Messenger
     • Enable desktop notifications (mandatory for screen pop)
     • View Screen Pop details
       
     • Edit Phone & Text schedules
     • Edit text "from" name
     • Set global Text Message Enrollment settings:
       
4. Additionally, within settings you can expand Applications to access Messenger settings where can:
   • Set User notification settings
     
   • Add Practice text message templates
