Overview
We’re updating the experience for Feedback and Social Media by moving these features into the Reputation app with improved navigation and a refreshed interface.
This article outlines what is changing, what will remain the same, and which legacy features will no longer be supported.
To create a more streamlined experience, existing Feedback and Social Media functionality will be relocated from legacy tabs into the Reputation app.
The following areas will now live under Reputation:
- Reviews
- Surveys
- Social Media
This update focuses on improving navigation and usability while keeping your existing data and settings intact.
Recommendation
We recommend using Reputation Manager for review management. Legacy Reviews functionality may not capture all reviews consistently due to limitations with older social media review scraping integrations.
What’s Changing
- Feedback, including Reviews and Surveys, will move into the Reputation app
- Social Media will move into the Reputation app
- Navigation and page layouts will be updated with a refreshed user experience
- Existing reviews, surveys, and social media content will be migrated automatically
- The legacy Feedback and Social Media tabs will be removed from the Home Page after migration
Important
- Existing settings and configurations will remain unchanged
- No action is required from users
- Previously created reviews, surveys, and social media content will automatically carry over to the new experience

Features Being Sunset
As part of this update, some legacy functionality that is no longer supported or actively used will be removed.
Feedback
The following items will no longer be available:
Public Profiles links previously available in Feedback
These can still be accessed under: Settings > Patient Connect > Patient Feedback- Twitter integrations
Twitter functionality has not been supported reliably for some time and will not be included in the updated experience. - Facebook Apps links
Facebook Apps were deprecated several years ago. - Website Widget links from the Review Details page
Website Widgets can still be accessed under: Settings > Web Social Media > Website Widget
Social Media
The following legacy social media statistics and integrations will be removed:
- Facebook app-related statistics
- Twitter-related functionality and reporting
These features relied on deprecated or unsupported integrations and will not carry forward into the updated experience.

Known Limitations
To help accelerate delivery and simplify the migration experience, some legacy functionality will not be included in the initial release.
Reviews
The following functionality is not currently supported:
- Printing reviews
- Prompting patients to post reviews on Yelp
- Google review prompts remain supported
- Yelp integrations have not functioned reliably for an extended period of time
Surveys
The following functionality is not currently supported:
- Detailed statistics button under the Your Overall Score section
