Call History


To view call history through the RevenueWell Portal: 

1. Click the phone icon on the left hand menu 

2. Click Call History





Call History:

  • Search

    • By phone number or patient name

  • Select a call to view details, including: 

    • Caller Name - Patient Name or Caller ID Display Name

    • Caller Number

    • Timestamp

    • Duration



Filter calls by:


  • My Calls (user-specific)
  • All Practice Calls

Call Type

  • Inbound
  • Outbound
  • Missed Calls
  • All Calls - all of above

Time Period

  • Today 
  • Yesterday 
  • Last 30 days
  • All Time

No hang up cause can be found in Call History. If troubleshooting dropped calls, see Call Logs within the PBX.
