How to Check the Current iOS Version on an iPad

To find the current version of your device's iOS software,

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Open General

3. Click Software Update.

This screen will display either:

• If you are up to date and the current version, or

• If there is an update available.
  • If you need to update, you should see the new version, a description of what is included in this update, and the option to Download & Install
