Using the RevenueWell On The Go app for Apple phones, you can now
- Send and receive text messages with your patients
- Make and receive phone calls directly with your patients using your practice phone number
- Check voicemail
- View patient information including upcoming appointments and outstanding balances
When you log into the app, your home screen will show all of the features you can access within the app.
Download the App ⬇
Use your RevenueWell email and password credentials to log in to the app!
Patient Profiles 👤The Patient Profile icon will take you to a full patient list where you can easily find contact information by clicking the patient's name.
Here you can pull up a view of the patient’s activity with your practice, including their appointment history, billing and insurance information, and any relevant alerts. You can also quickly communicate with patients by messenger and phone!
When you select a patient, you'll see their General information screen with their contact information and date of birth.- Quick Contact buttons allow you to call or text your patients.
- If you have multiple locations, a drop-down will let you filter by office.
- The Menu lets you toggle between Appointments, Billing and Tasks with a tap.
Messenger 💬
RevenueWell’s convenient messaging system is available in the On the Go app. Respond to patient inquiries and stay informed of schedule changes from anywhere!
To access messages, tap the Messenger icon from the homepage or in the lower left corner on any page. You’ll be able to access all the texts in your message history. Messenger also has templates, link shortcuts and a full range of emojis to use as well!
RW Phone 2.0 📞
The On the Go App allows you to make and receive calls, see all recent and missed calls, and check your practice’s voicemail.
As a RevenueWell Phone customer, you’ll be able to make calls from your cell phone using your office phone number.
When you tap on the Phone icon, you’ll have the option to Make a Call, view Call History, or check Voicemail.
Outbound Calls:
You can dial out on the keypad or choose Add from Contacts to select from the patient list.
Inbound Calls:
When a call comes in while the user is signed into the RW On the Go app, you will see the patient's name and that the call is coming from the RW On the Go app. If the incoming call is from an unknown number, the number itself will display.
Insights 📊
The On the Go app includes access to the practice insights and outcomes that are available in RevenueWell. The Insights tab organizes helpful information about the state of your practice. Insights help you drive the growth and profitability of your practice and view reporting about new patients and patient retention.
Online Scheduler 🗓️
The On the Go App includes Online Scheduler. This portion of the app:
- Mirrors the capabilities of the Appointments Tab
- Allows users to see their schedule for a given day with detail about each appointment
- Users can modify the confirmation status of any appointment (Unconfirmed and Confirmed)
- Filters available
- Calendar Selection is available allowing a user to select a specific past or future date
- Allows navigation one day forward or one day previous with arrow selection

The On the Go app features push notifications that will alert you on your lock screen, home screen, or within the app itself. Enabling this feature will support a key outcome for your practice: speedy response to patient communications!
