Call Recordings

Follow the steps below to listen to and manage your call recordings within the PBX.

  1. Access the Smart PBX and go to “Your Apps”:

  2. Select the “Call Recording App” from the “Your Apps” screen:
    a2.pngNote: The “Call Recording” App is only available for accounts with call recording configured.

  3. Within the “Call Recordings” App, navigate to the “Stored Recordings” section where all the available call recordings will appear on the main table:

  4. Use the controls located to the right of each call to play, download or obtain more information on a call recording:
