Follow the steps below to listen to and manage your call recordings within the PBX.
- Access the Smart PBX and go to “Your Apps”:
- Select the “Call Recording App” from the “Your Apps” screen:
Note: The “Call Recording” App is only available for accounts with call recording configured. - Within the “Call Recordings” App, navigate to the “Stored Recordings” section where all the available call recordings will appear on the main table:
- Use the controls located to the right of each call to play, download or obtain more information on a call recording:
