ASAP List

The ASAP List helps you fill unexpected schedule gaps by quickly notifying patients who are open to coming in sooner. RevenueWell can send these messages via text, email, or phone call, helping you minimize lost revenue and keep your schedule full. You can now find the updated ASAP List under the Scheduler tab.

  • To add a patient to the ASAP List:

    1. Open Scheduler

    2. Clicl ASAP List.

    3. Click Add Patient.

    4. Fill in the required fields in the pop-up window.

    5. Click Add to List to confirm and close the modal.

  • To edit or remove a patient:

    1. Hover over the patient’s row in the ASAP List.

    2. Click Edit.

    3. A modal will open where you can make updates or click "Delete" to remove them from the list.

  • To notify patients about a last-minute opening:

    1. Check the box next to one or more patients.

    2. Click Notify Selected

    3. Select the date and time of the opening.

    4. Choose which communication methods (text, email, phone) to use.

    5. Click Send to deliver the messages.

      • Note: If a patient is missing contact info for a selected communication type, you’ll get a warning. You can choose to update the info or proceed with available methods.

    6. After sending, you’ll see a confirmation message on-screen.

       

      To see what your patients receive when contacted from the ASAP List:

      1. Go to Settings > Appointment Confirmations

      2. Scroll to the bottom to find ASAP List Notifications

      3. Use the dropdown to preview or edit the text, email, or call templates

  • The new ASAP List makes it easier to find the right patients. 

    Filter by:

    • Appointment Type: Allows you to filter by -

      • Not Specified

      • Hygiene

      • Doctor

    • Appointment Duration: Allows you to filter by your set appointment durations such as 30 or 60 min.

    • Search Patient or Notes: Allows you to search for a patient or any keywords that may appear in the notes field, such as their preferred provider, preferred time of day (ie. morning, evening), etc.

  • Making note that a patient would like to get in as soon as possible in your PMS? No worries! Make sure to follow the directions below and RevenueWell will automatically add that patient to the ASAP List.

    • Eaglesoft: Check the Sooner if Possible box in the patient’s appointment.

    • Dentrix: Use the Schedule dropdown > select ASAP.

    • Dentrix Ascend: Check the ASAP box in the appointment details.

    • PracticeWorks: Check the Sooner if Possible box.

    • Open Dental: Select ASAP from the Status dropdown in the appointment.

    • Denticon: Check the Short Notice box.
