When you are creating custom campaigns, you have the ability to filter by custom codes when sending those campaigns.
This will help you target patients that are linked to procedures and services that do not have a corresponding ADA code.
If you have any custom codes added to your PMS, they will be added to the list of available procedure codes in the “choose procedures” modal (within the proposed and performed services section within “ADVANCED OPTIONS”.
Selecting any of these custom codes will filter to any of your patients that have that custom code applied.
- Custom codes will be displayed with a ‘CUSTOM’ label in bold font for example: “900099- CUSTOM- Oral procedure“
- Custom codes will only appear if they exist and are supported by PMS.
- Custom Codes will appear below ADA codes
- Custom codes are available only for the practice portal at this time.
