You have the ability to target patients based on the appointment type listed in your PMS!
Within the “Basic Options” of custom campaigns, there will be a section for “Appointment type”.
By clicking on the CTA, "Choose Appointment Type" a filter will populate a new selection modal on the screen. The modal will be titled “Choose Appointment Type“.
This modal will contain a "Search by Appointment Type" field with a text box.
The modal will also contain a call to action:
Done - clicking done should generate recipients based on the selection
Cancel - should return you to the previous screen
Typing in the text box should display a list of results matching the entered text.
The appointment type listed should have a checkbox next to it.
You will be able to see which Appointment Types have been selected and will be able to select/deselect more by clicking the check-boxes next to the appointment types.
Clicking a check-box will check or un-check an appointment type.
You will be able to select a single or many appointment types and click Update Results.
"Select All" will be a checkbox provided at the bottom left of the modal and you can click the checkbox to select all appointment types. Similarly, selecting the "Select All" will de-select all appointment types previously selected.
Clicking “Update Results” will process the applied filters and show you the following:
- an estimate of the campaign summary data of email recipients
- # of text message recipients
- # of direct mail recipients
- cost of direct mail estimate
**The Appointment Type filter in the campaign will appear only for practices that support appointment types via PMS.
