Where to Find Your Online Scheduling Link
You can locate your unique Online Scheduling link by navigating to:
Settings > Scheduling
Click Copy Link to easily share it with patients through:
- Your website
- Social media posts
- Patient emails and texts
- Custom or Automated Campaigns

Step 1: Have We Met Before?
When a patient clicks an Online Scheduling link, they are brought to this page. The patient selects their status as "I am a new patient" or "I am a returning patient." -
Step 2: What Brings You In?
The patient selects their reason for scheduling an appointment. -
Step 3: Preferred Provider
The patient selects their preferred provider (if this option is enabled in Online Scheduling Settings). -
Step 4: Select Date & Time
The patient selects their preferred date and time for an appointment. Customize your Online Scheduling Settings to choose between these two experiences:- Direct Scheduling: Patients choose an appointment time from your schedule and book the visit without the need for practice approval.
- Appointment Requests: Patients choose three possible appointment times and the practice contacts them to complete the scheduling process.

Step 5: Tell Us About You
The patient enters their basic information including name, contact details, and date of birth. -
Step 6: Let's Review
The patient reviews their online scheduling request and can add a note if needed. -
Step 7: Your Appointment is Booked!
The patient receives a confirmation that their online scheduling request has been successfully sent to the practice.
