How to publish your Online Scheduling link
If you have Online Scheduling enabled for your practice, making sure that your patients know about this option is very important for your front desk!
Where to get your Online Scheduling link
You can copy the link to your new Online Scheduling tool from your Appointment Preferences.
Updating Campaigns
You may also want to update your Campaign links (you can do so here). While they automatically redirect your patients to your new Online Scheduling tool, the hyperlink text has not been updated yet -- for example, links will still say “Request an Appointment” (you may want to change it to “Book an Appointment”).
Updating Forms
You may wish to include the new Online Scheduling link in your Welcome Packet (or other Forms). To do so, just:
- Go to your Forms Settings
- Locate the Form you wish to update and click Edit Form
- In the Description, paste your Online Scheduling link
Your Website
Don’t forget to send your new Online Scheduling link to the person who updates your website (and social media pages). If you previously used the Appointment Request website widget, they’ll need to remove it and replace it with a hyperlink to the new page.
Patient Portal & Microsite
Your patient portal and microsite (through PatientConnect365) have automatically updated to link your patients to the new Online Scheduling tool.
