


How can I add forms to my website
You can add forms to your website for ease of access for your patients!
Once logged into RevenueWell, you can find the needed link under your Settings tab:
Settings > Patient Forms > Web Links
Copy the Patient Forms Page URL in the light blue box. The link takes patients to a page where they can complete patient forms that you set up under the Patient Forms settings area.
To add this to your website, you can simply provide the link below to your web developer!
