You can quickly jump from a Patient Profile Card in RevenueWell Messenger to the Patient Account Screen in Eaglesoft. There is an icon at the top of Messenger that can detect if you are using Eaglesoft and will be present if you are using Eaglesoft 18 or higher.
Once you click the rolodex icon, the Patient Screen in Eaglesoft will open for that patient. If you are not logged into Eaglesoft yet, a red banner will appear that states:
"Your PMS is not currently running. Please open and log into your PMS, then click the "open in PMS" icon again"
