There are a few steps that are required to enable this feature.
First, log in to RevenueWell and go to:
Settings > Phone and SMS settings > Enable Office Number
You will be redirected to the Jive login page. Login to Jive and the following screen, prompting you to "Select Number" that you want to text from:
When the confirmation modal comes up, select "confirm" that this is the number that you are choosing to enable:
...and that is all it takes!
NOTE: Only two-way text messages will come from your practice phone number. Appointment confirmations and reminders will continue to be sent from your dedicated long-code.
