Why do I have to log in again when I select to "View Message"?
Your browser may not be allowing 3rd party access and you are being presented with an unusable screen rather than Messenger preview. This happens because of security settings within your browser.
Great news though, we have a solution! Depending on your browser, you can scroll down to find the steps that will work for your situation!
Editing third-party settings for Internet Explorer:
IE defaults to blocking cross domain cookies. Without reducing the default security settings, the agent will need to whitelist Revenuewell.com as a safe domain and it should start working.
- In Internet Explorer, head to Internet Options > Privacy
- Once there, find the "Sites" button and click it (it should be to the left of "Import").
- A window will pop up called "Per Site Privacy Actions": in the Address of Website field, enter revenuewell.com and click "Allow"
- Log out and log back in, you should be authenticated automatically now.
The simplest solution is to change the browser setting back to the default. However, keep in mind that this is a browser-wide setting and could have security implications. Alternatively, can also set up your browser to make an exception for revenuewell.com. Below are instructions for both options.
Option 1: Allowing all third-party cookies
To allow third-party cookies across the whole web, including RevenueWell.com
- Open Google Chrome’s settings page (chrome://settings).
- Click Show Advanced settings at the bottom of the page.
- Under Privacy, click Content Settings.
- Under Cookies, disable the Block third-party cookies option.
- Open Google Chrome’s settings page (chrome://settings).
- Click Show Advanced settings at the bottom of the page.
- Under Privacy, click Content Settings.
- Under Cookies, click Allow > Add or Manage exceptions (depending on your Chrome version).
- Enter revenuewell.com to allow cookies
Editing third-party settings for Safari:
-
Open Safari’s preferences: Safari > Preferences.
-
Go to the Privacy tab.
-
Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.
