


How to Enable Patient-Specific Reminders
You have the ability to customize which appointment reminders a specific patient will receive.
To enable this feature, take the following steps:
Patients > Patient Name (Example: Karen VA Abaunza)
Communication Preferences > Custom Reminders > Edit
The Custom Reminder Schedule screen will appear and each appointment confirmation attempt has the following dropdown options:
- Global: This indicates the setting that you have already chosen in your RevenueWell Account settings: Settings > Communications > Appointment Confirmations.
- Custom - On: This indicates the setting has been changed from your Global settings and has been "customized" for this specific patient to have this reminder "On."
- Custom - Off: This indicates the setting has been changed from your Global settings and has been "customized" for this specific patient to have this reminder "Off."
If you choose to Save, the current snapshot of settings will become the new settings for that patient.
If you choose to Cancel, the patient's settings will revert to the settings before this Edit dialogue box was opened.
NOTE: For Family Reminders - preferences of the Responsible Party should be followed.
