Spanish Appointment Reminders

RevenueWell offers both English and Spanish appointment reminders. All default reminders will be in English, but you can edit a patient's profile to change their preference to Spanish reminders. 

To change a patient's language preference for appointment reminders, you will need to go to the patient's profile: 

Patients > Communication Preferences > Preferred Language:

Email:

You can alter the following appointment confirmations for the email message to appear in Spanish: 

  1. Save the Date Reminder
  2. First Reminder
  3. Second Reminder
  4. Same Day Reminder

To edit/view these text options in Spanish, go to:
Settings > Appointment Confirmations > Save The Date Reminder

Each dropdown should have an additional option to edit a Spanish template:

Once you choose the dropdown of choice, single or family - Spanish, you can then edit the message to say exactly what you would like it to:

Preview the message to confirm that it reads the way that you would like:

Text Message:

  1. First Reminder
  2. Second Reminder
  3. Same Day Reminder

To edit/view these text options in Spanish, go to:

Settings > Appointment Confirmations > First Reminder

Select "Edit Message" to confirm that it reads the way that you would like:
