


How to use Spanish Appointment Reminders - Email
RevenueWell offers both English and Spanish appointment reminders. All default reminders will be in English, but you can edit a patient's profile to change their preference to Spanish reminders.
To change a patient's language preference for appointment reminders, you will need to go to the patient's profile.
In the Patients tab, select the individual:
In their patient profile, go to Communication Preferences > Preferred Language and click "Edit."
In the dropdown menu, select Spanish and click "Save."
This feature will work for both single patient reminders and those patients signed up for family appointment reminders.
To review the Spanish appointment reminder templates, go to the Settings tab.
You can alter the following appointment confirmations for the email message to appear in Spanish:
- Save the Date Reminder
- First Reminder
- Second Reminder
- Same Day Reminder
To edit/view these text options in Spanish, go to:
Settings > Appointment Confirmations > Save The Date Reminder
Each dropdown should have an additional option to edit a Spanish template:
Once you choose the dropdown of choice, single or family - Spanish, you can then edit the message to say exactly what you would like it to:
Preview the message to confirm that it reads the way that you would like:
