We don’t provide customers a way to preview each piece of content before it is added to the system. This would get unwieldy as that is specifically the reason we provide them the content category list to select the treatments they offer. If a customer makes a request like this to remove an entire “type of content”, meaning “Holiday Content” in this case, that we can easily do for them and they wouldn’t see any of our holiday-related content moving forward. For example, if they for some reason wanted to remove “Fun Facts”, we can remove that entire “Type of Content” as well, etc, etc.
Regarding the celebrity interview question, we have the same ability to remove all “celebrity interviews” if asked. However, since we don’t provide clients a way to screen all of their content, we let them know that if they ever see a piece of content on the system that they want removed for whatever reason, please just note the time it played and they can call PCTV support at 866-221-2088 and we will be able to remove the piece of content from their system so that it doesn’t play anymore moving forward.
