The price per piece of direct mail (postcard or letter) is listed in the "Template" step of the campaign designer.
If you choose to turn on direct mail in the campaign, you will be able to choose filters for who will receive direct mail.
After all filters are selected, click "Update Results" to see how many direct mail recipients are included and what the estimated direct mail cost would be.*
In the next step, you can manually add or remove patients from receiving direct mail by clicking the appropriate box next to their name.
The "Confirm" step shows you again the estimated direct mail cost.*
Once you click "Send Now" you will see the actual total cost of the campaign. From there, you can confirm if you would like to send the campaign.
