


How do I edit the office's name that appears in text messages?
You can change the practice name that patients will see in their text messages in the Settings tab. Click on "Phone and Text Message Settings."
Scroll down to the section titled "From Name for Text Messages." In the text box, type in the name you want patients to see. Make sure to keep the name short enough so that your overall text message character count doesn't prevent messages from going out.
Then, click "Save Changes."
