


How do we know when a patient has opened an email?
Depending on the patient's email provider, you may be able to tell if they've opened up an email or not. Next to the email communication in RevenueWell, it will show a "Read" status if the patient has opened the email.
Note that not all email providers send back this information to RevenueWell; therefore, your patient may still have opened up the email without it showing the "Read" status.
