


How do I change a family messaging contact?
When multiple family members are coming on the same day for an appointment, RevenueWell can send a single reminder message to the responsible party. If you'd like to change the family member who receives family messages, you can do so within the patient profile of any of the family members.
In the patient's tab, select the patient you want to edit.
The Family Messaging area in the patient's profile only appears when the patient belongs to a family account in your practice management system.
Click "Edit" to open up the list of family members. Then, select who you want to receive messages and click "Save."
Note that once this setting is changed for one family member, the change is applied to all family members on the account.
