


Patients are complaining about getting too many messages. How do I fix that?
If patients are complaining about getting too many appointment confirmation messages, you have several options:
- Turn off certain reminders
- Change the timeline of your reminders
- Send reminders to unconfirmed appointments only
- Send email OR texts instead of email AND texts
All of these changes can be made in the Settings tab under "Appointment Confirmations."
To turn off a reminder, select "No" next to the reminder.
To change the other settings for each reminder, click "Edit Settings."
A window will appear that will allow you to change the schedule, confirmation status, delivery method, and where you want to use family messaging.
Once you are done making changes, make sure to click "Save."
