


How can I use web links to get more payments for our practice?
By using the link for your Patient Connect Login page, you can direct patients to create and log in to their patient portal. From there, patients can make a payment.
This link is available in the Settings tab under "Web Links." Simply copy the link and paste where desired.
When patients log in to their patient portal, they have this option:
*Because the web link is long and cumbersome to type, it is best not to use it on any printed material. Instead, you can direct patients to a page on your website where the link could be housed. For example, on your patient statements you can write, "please visit the Payments page on our website and click Make a Payment." Then, be sure to have your web developer hyperlink the text "Make a Payment" to the Patient Connect Login page, where patients can log in to their patient portal account.
