


If a patient is scheduled for just one of the codes in a treatment plan plan, will they get a treatment plan follow-up for the rest of the codes?
As long as a patient is scheduled for at least one code within a treatment plan, RevenueWell will not send out treatment plan follow-up reminders.
Once a code is marked complete, RevenueWell will then send out more treatment plan follow-ups for any remaining unscheduled codes, assuming that the time range for treatment plan reminders still applies.
