


If a patient has multiple proposed treatment plans, do you send communications regarding all of them?
No, RevenueWell will prompt you to choose which treatment plan you would like to follow up on.
When a patient has two new treatment plans created on the same day, RevenueWell will generate the following alert on the Home tab:
Clicking on the blue font will bring you to the patient's profile. In the "Treatment Plans" section, locate the treatment plan you would like to follow up on. Then, select "Yes" under "Automatic Follow-Up."
