


If I enable direct mail, does it send to everyone or only offline patients?
Whether you are working in a custom campaign, automatic communication, or in the appointment reminder postcard, you will have the option to send direct mail to either all patients or only patients who are offline.
If using direct mail in a custom campaign, the "Filters" step allows you to make this selection:
If using direct mail in an automatic communication, click "Edit Settings" once you are inside the campaign.
Here you can select all or offline patients only:
If you send postcard reminders as part of your appointment confirmations, you may also select "Edit Settings."
Here, you can make your selection in the "Delivery Method" section.
