


What is the "Quick Tags" section in the Patients tab for?
These quick tags allow you to filter down your list of patients to those who fit the description. Just click on the one you want to view.
- All Patients - This will show you all patients in your database, including active and inactive patients.
- All Active - This will show you all patients who are considered “active” in your practice management system.
- All Online - This will show you all patients who have an email on file, and whose communication preferences are set to receive email. Note you will see inactive patients in this list as well. RevenueWell will not send anything to inactive patients unless you manually do so in a custom campaign.
- All Offline - This will show you all patients who either have no email on file, or who do have an email on file and whose communication preferences are set to receive nothing via email. Note you will see inactive patients in this list as well.
- ASAP List - This will show you any patients currently in your ASAP List, which can be viewed on the Appointments tab in RevenueWell.
- Receive Text Messages - This will show you all patients who have a cell phone on file and whose communication preferences are set to receive text messages.
- Enrolled in Patient Connect 365 - This will show you all patients who have signed up for a patient portal account.
