In the patients tab, what do the statuses "Inactive," "Online," and "Offline" mean next to a patient's name?
A patient is "Online" if they have an email on file, and if their communication preferences are set to receive email.
A patient is "Offline" if they either have no email on file, or if they have an email on file but their communication preferences are set to receive nothing via email.
A patient who is "Inactive" is anyone who is not considered an active patient per your patient management system. For inactive patients, RevenueWell doesn’t give them a status of Online or Offline; they are simply Inactive.
