Location Selection and Search

Marketing Platform now includes unique features that support multi-location practices including the ability to switch between practice locations and filter patient search results. These offer an effective solution for smoother operations and patient management across multiple practice locations, creating a more cohesive system for all involved.

  • Switch Between Practice Locations

Multi-location practices can now switch between locations without logging in and out of Marketing Platform or using the Enterprise portal, creating an easier process for managing information across many office locations. This can be done with a few simple clicks in the platform's top navigation bar.

  • Use Location-Based Search Filters

Marketing Platform's Search now shows filter options that allow you to sort patient profiles based on their location or status. These help refine patient search results and eliminate confusion about patient information across multiple locations or networks.

    Available Search Options

    • Location: Shows only patients attributed to the selected practice location
    • Network: Shows only patients within the practice location's PMS network
    • All: Shows all patients whether active or inactive
    • Active Only: Shows only active patients

    Managing Patients Across Locations

Marketing Platform now provides warning messages when a selected patient belongs to a different practice location than the location the user is working in. These warnings allow practice locations to work collaboratively while providing a secure and efficient patient experience. By paying attention to these warnings, users can avoid confusion and mitigate errors.
