RevenueWell TV: Setup Instructions

RevenueWell TV is an entertainment and marketing system for waiting rooms that empowers your dental practice to customize and stream content that will educate, entertain, and promote your services to patients on the TV in your reception area and chairside. Rather than streaming the news, random channels, or repeat sitcoms, with the RevenueWell TV streaming app, you can:

  • Educate: Stream popular patient education videos.
  • Promote: Include content that elevates special services and elective procedures available at your practice.
  • Customize: Control the content and organization of your playlists to match your unique needs.  
  • Entertain: Grab attention with local news, weather, sports, and YouTube clips.

    Step 1: Upon purchase, you will receive an email that contains the Set Up Questionnaire. Based on the preferences indicated in the questionnaire, our team will configure your streaming playlist. setup_questionnaire_button.jpg
    Step 2: Once your playlist is configured, our team will send you login credentials to access the Waiting Room TV app on your Amazon Firestick or Samsung SmartTV to begin streaming! ⏯️

  2. To download the app, follow the steps below that correspond with your device:

    • 1. Select the Find option.
      2. Search for Silent Partner TV in the APPS & GAMES section (we are working to get the name updated in the Amazon app store).
      3. Download the Silent Partner TV app.
      Note: Although the RevenueWell TV/Silent Partner TV app is FREE, Amazon Fire TV requires you to have a valid credit card on file to download any paid or free app. 
      4. Once downloaded, open the app to launch RevenueWell TV.

    • 1. Navigate to Apps.
      2. Search for RevenueWell TV and select the app.
      3. Download the RevenueWell TV app.
      4. When the installation is complete, open the app to launch RevenueWell TV.

    Login and Stream Content:

    Open the app and enter the credentials sent to you via email to Login ➡️ adatv app.png
    Begin streaming videos in your waiting room ➡️

    1. Find and select the RevenueWell TV app on your device
    2. Navigate to the START button on the RevenueWell TV screen, press Select to start playing your default playlist
