RevenueWell TV: Setup Instructions

RevenueWell TV is an entertainment and marketing system for waiting rooms that empowers your dental practice to customize and stream content that will educate, entertain, and promote your services to patients on the TV in your reception area and chairside. Rather than streaming the news, random channels, or repeat sitcoms, with the RevenueWell TV streaming app, you can:

• Educate: Stream popular patient education videos.
• Promote: Include content that elevates special services and elective procedures available at your practice.
• Customize: Control the content and organization of your playlists to match your unique needs.  
• Entertain: Grab attention with local news, weather, sports, and YouTube clips.

1. Step 1: Upon purchase, you will receive an email that contains the Set Up Questionnaire. Based on the preferences indicated in the questionnaire, our team will configure your streaming playlist.
   Step 2: Once your playlist is configured, our team will send you login credentials to access the Waiting Room TV app on your Amazon Firestick or Samsung SmartTV to begin streaming! ⏯️

2. To download the app, follow the steps below from your Firestick Home Screen:
   1. Select the Find option, then select the Search field directly below the find icon:
      
   2. Search by typing Silent Partner TV with the firestick keyboard
   3. Use your remote down arrow key to select the option that appears for "Silent Partner TV" directly below the keyboard:
      
   4. On the search results page, scroll down to "Apps and Subscriptions" 
   5. Select the "Silent Partner TV" app
      
   6. Once on the app page select the "Get" or "Download" option to download and install 
      **Note: Although the RevenueWell "Silent Partner TV" app is FREE, Amazon Fire TV requires you to have a valid credit card on file to download any paid or free app.
      
   7. Once downloaded, you can Open the app directly from this page:
      
   8. Once downloaded, you can also launch your Silent Partner app from the Firestick home screen.
      
   9. Enter the credentials sent to you via email for your RevenueWell TV Login Instructions, then select the Login button.
      
   10. Navigate to the START button on the RevenueWell TV screen, press Select to start playing your default playlist
