If multiple family members are coming in for an appointment on the same day, we will send a family message to the responsible party.
If a dependent/child is the only one in their family with an appointment on a given day, then RevenueWell will do one of two things:
1. If the dependent has their own contact information on file, RevenueWell will contact them directly.
2. If the dependent does not have their own contact information on file, RevenueWell can contact the responsible party. To allow RevenueWell to do this, follow these instructions:
Click on the Settings tab and then click "Patient Contact Information."
You'll see a setting asking, "Should RevenueWell use responsible party contact information for dependent minors?" Switch this to "Yes" and we will use the responsible party's contact info whenever we do not have a way to contact the dependent.
