


Can I send out recall reminders only to unscheduled patients who are past due?
RevenueWell’s recall campaign is designed to start communicating with unscheduled patients as they approach their recall date, and continue communicating once the patient becomes past due for their hygiene appointment. If you were to use all 5 attempts, the first 2 would go out – according to your settings – before the recall date. Attempts 3, 4, and 5 are designed as past due reminders, so they are sent after the recall date. If you wish to communicate only to patients who are actually past due, you could turn off attempts 1 and 2, and only use attempts 3-5 to reach out to patients.
