In the Feedback tab, click the title of the review you would like posted to one of these sites.
If the patient who submitted the review has an email address on file, you will see buttons offering you the ability to ask the patient to submit the reviews to Google or Yelp.
Clicking these buttons will bring up an email template that can be sent to your patient. It thanks the patient for their review, gives them the link to the search engine page you are trying to get the review on, and gives them the text of their review. We ask them to copy the review, go to the link, and paste it. This is the only way to be able to send reviews to these search engines while still having some degree of control over which ones are sent.
Feel free to edit it if you wish, and then scroll down to click "Send."
Note: Asking customers for reviews could be in violation of Yelp’s Terms of Service and may hurt your Yelp rating, so we recommend reviewing Yelp’s review policy here just for good measure.
