


If I choose to use responsible party contact information for dependents, will it always send confirmations to the responsible party?
No, we will only do this if the dependent does not have contact information in their patient profile. If the dependent has contact info on file and is able to receive appointment confirmations, we will send the message to them instead.
However, if more than one member of a family is coming in any given day for an appointment, RevenueWell will use family messaging to send one message to the responsible party.
If a dependent is the only one who has an appointment on any given day, we will send their confirmation message to them if they have their own info on file; if they do not, we will send to the responsible party.
