


Review vs. Survey
Reviews are meant for the public, and can be featured on your microsite, your Facebook page, or your practice website.
A survey is only meant for internal purposes - no one is able to see it outside of your RevenueWell users.
In RevenueWell, activating the "Review & Survey Request" campaign will send an email to your patients after their appointment, requesting they fill out a review OR survey (not both). Use the bar within the campaign to adjust the proportion of reviews to surveys you wish to send out. If your goal is to get as many reviews as possible for your office, then select 100% reviews.
