


What's the difference between the Recalls campaign and the Patient reactivation campaign?
The patient reactivation campaign is designed to be a follow-up to the recalls campaign, targeting patients who already received those recall reminders and who still have not scheduled an appointment. For that reason, the language is a little more serious in terms of emphasizing the importance of scheduling for their health. We would even recommend editing the message and adding some sort of coupon or offer to incentivize them to get their cleaning scheduled.
