You will find both of these in the Campaigns tab. The custom campaign section is at the top, and the automatic communication section is underneath.
Custom campaigns are always a one-time communication that you manually set up by clicking "Create Campaign."
An automatic communication is something that you set up and activate, and then allow RevenueWell to handle from there. For example, once you set up your Recall campaign, RevenueWell will use your settings to continually notify patients who are due for their recall appointment.
