


What happens when I switch the "Ask patients for permission to send them text messages" option from "Yes" to "No"?
In the Settings tab, under "Phone and Text Message Settings," there is a a Text Messages Enrollment section with the option "Ask patients for permission to send them text messages?"
If this is switched to "No," all patients with cell phones on file will be automatically enrolled to receive text messages, and will not get enrollment text messages from RevenueWell. All past, current and future patients with cell phones on file will be enrolled, regardless of prior preferences.
Patients can still change their status by editing their communication preferences. The office can also manually change patient preferences by going into the patient's profile in RevenueWell.
