You can find the Welcome Packet in the Campaigns tab under "Welcome packets" in the Automatic Communication section. The welcome packet is an email sent to a patient when their patient account is first created, welcoming them to your practice. In this email, you can include new patient forms and any information they may need for their first visit.
You can find the welcome letter in the Settings tab under "Patient Enrollment."
The welcome letter is automatically sent to patients with email addresses when you activate your RevenueWell system, or thereafter to individual patients when you get their email addresses on file.
The purpose of the welcome letter is to help patients familiarize themselves with the tools they have access to in the Patient Connect 365 portal.
Note: If both the RevenueWell welcome letter and the Welcome Packet communications are enabled, then a brand new patient will get both.
