


How do I change appointment confirmation settings?
In the Settings tab, under "Appointment Confirmations," you'll find five different message types that will help remind patients of their appointments.
The Five Reminder Messages are:
1. Save the Date Reminder
2. Postcard Reminder
3. First Reminder
4. Second Reminder
5. Same Day Reminder
The sixth message type on this page is the "ASAP List Notification" which lets patients know of an opening in your schedule.
To edit your messages:
1. Decide whether to send the reminder. On the upper right-hand side of the reminder, you have the option to "Send this reminder?" Select "No" or "Yes."
2. Edit the communication settings by clicking "Edit Settings."
This will bring up a window showing your options for that particular reminder. Note, each reminder will have its own set of settings.
The Save the Date reminder settings look like this:

3. To edit the content of your reminder, select which message version you would like to edit in the dropdown menu.
Then click "Edit Message" underneath the preview of the reminder.
In an email, you can edit the message subject as well as the body of the email.
When you are done making changes, scroll down and click "Save Changes."
